From a private visit to the reception of your guests to a dinner in the restaurant decorated by Christian Lacroix, our CNCS teams will welcome you for your seminars, general assemblies, business meetings, cocktails, dinners, in the prestigious setting of Villars Quarters, a three-hundred-year-old listed historical monument.

The museum is able to provide a wide range of adapted and well-equipped rooms offering full and exclusive privacy, enabling you to optimize important company events whether they may be of a professional or celebratory nature.

Capacity: 100 seats equipped with fold down desks including 4 seats adapted for use by people with limited mobility
Equipments: projection screen, CD/ DVD / VHS player, Video projector, PC, Internet/Wi-Fi connection, amplifier, lapel microphone, HF and wired, podiums

Type of events: product launches, press conferences, study days, projections, seminars, general assemblies, award ceremonies, colloquiums…




Capacity: 80 guests for a seated meal, 150 guests for a cocktail

Private evening visits of exhibition rooms

Unguided visit: offered for renters of rooms
Guided visit: possibility to have guided tours during the day or private nocturnal tours with a guide (maximum 30 people).



The military parade ground

Capacity: 1600m2 (adaptable to all your events)

Possibility to reserve Villars space for lunches or dinners with more than 100 guests.

For all requests exceeding our standard reception capacity, extension solutions are available, notably on the Military Parade Ground (1 600 m²) in addition the Villars Space on the same site as the museum (up to 730 m²).
