Here you will find itinerary suggestions for half-day visits, to enable you to organize your visit to the museum.

2 hours at the CNCS

If you have two hours free why not visit the permanent Nureyev Collection exhibition then the current temporary exhibition which together display more than one hundred stage costumes in a theatrical scenography. End your visit at the CNCS book and souvenir shop which offers a wide range of products relating to stage costumes.

 

An afternoon

If you are spending an afternoon visiting the CNCS, take the time to discover the Nureyev Collection using a touch tablet audio guide to learn more about the world of dance and the life of Rudolf Nureyev. Continue with a visit of the current temporary exhibition. Give yourself a treat in the cafe-restaurant of the museum with a gourmet break (hot drink served with a selection of mini-desserts) before taking a stroll around the parade ground and finishing with a visit of the CNCS book and souvenir shop.

An afternoon with the family every first Sunday of the month

Every first Sunday of the month, the CNCS provides a special moment for families by organizing visits adapted to children from 14.30 to 16.00, at the same time that guided visits take place for adults.

14h30 – Adult guided visit and children’s guided visit (7-12 years of age)
16h – Afternoon snack in the cafe-restaurant
16h30 – Unguided visit of the Nureyev Collection
17h – Have fun in the mediation area, based on the current temporary exhibition
17h30 – Free access to a projection in the auditorium
17h45 – Purchase souvenirs or the exhibition catalogue in the book and souvenir shop
